Power of Attorney
We welcome you as our customer and
thank you for entrusting us with your U.S. Customs clearances.
U.S. Customs regulations (sec.141) requires
us to have a valid Power of Attorney in our possession before
we can lawfully clear your merchandise or shipments arriving
from a foreign country into the U.S. commerce.
Below is a link to download a blank Power
of Attorney form and we kindly ask that it be completed and
signed by an officer of the company or corporation and witnessed
where indicated (2 signatures are required). Please make sure
that these are full signatures, as initials of any kind are
not accepted. In cases of private importers, please fill in
your social security number in the line of IRS #, and notarization
is mandatory by by a valid notary public. Once completed,
please send the originally signed
and sealed form to our office via mail or courier services.
All monies advanced by us on your behalf
are cash outlays and our invoices are due upon presentation.
Penalties resulting due to delayed payments are your (or the
importer of record's) sole obligation.
